Women Working Well
Description: This workshop is for female staff who need to effectively deal with managers and / or customers. The workshop will run through strategies to show participants how to confidently deal with aggressive co-workers and difficult customers. Communication skills are also covered.
Outline: Negotiation and confrontation are demystified and participants learn how to express themselves clearly, confidently and dynamically. Steps to build confidence are covered while methods to overcome the fear factor are discussed. A follow-up workshop is available to strengthen the participants’ skills and to work on any problem areas.
Duration: In-house/Workshop - four hours.
Cost: $ 80 per person for groups of 10 to 20 participants. ( Sydney area)
