Clarity in Communication

Description: This workshop improves writing and speaking skills by empowering the participant with sound tools to apply to their work. All aspects from report writing to delivering speeches are covered. Participants are required to bring examples of their work to the workshop as these will be used to guide the participants on the methods to adopt to improve their communication skills.

Outline: The purpose of the communication, the importance of the clear, logical message and obtaining the right outcome are covered. Key points to consider when preparing reports or presentations are discussed and participants undertake steps to establish a personal checklist to work from. Dealing with nerves, using gestures and voice modulation are discussed under verbal communication & presentations.

Duration: In-house one day Workshop – limited to ten participants.
